I was trying to create a Full width FrontPage with this template.
I wonder if this will effect other parts of this great Theme
I would duplicate template-part-head.php inside your child theme and rename it to template-part-frontpagehead.php
In the top of that file change the container to container-fluid:
<div class="container dmbs-container"> ->> <div class="container-fluid dmbs-container">
<div class="container dmbs-container">
<div class="container-fluid dmbs-container">
Then inside your template file (the code you posted) replace this:
<?php get_template_part('template-part', 'head'); ?>
<?php get_template_part('template-part', 'frontpagehead'); ?>
Now any page you assign to use that template file will have full widths because they are pulling the special modified template-part-frontpagehead.php that has the container set to container-fluid.
Hope this helps.
Nice your quick reaction.
Hope the support of this great Theme will be forever 🙂
Have nice day from rainy Holland
It will be around for a while I’m sure Robelia.
I’m working on DevDmBootstrap4 to support the new version of bootstrap and solve some of the problems we have been having with this one. So stay tuned. 🙂
